About Us – Our Story

Nesos Group was founded to address a growing challenge across property, infrastructure, and public-sector estates: the need for reliable, secure, and scalable data to support proactive asset management and risk reduction.

Today, we operate as a B2B IoT solutions provider specialising in LoRaWAN network infrastructure, connected devices, and data platforms. Our clients include property management companies, housing associations, government bodies, and infrastructure operators seeking to deploy connected technologies without the complexity of designing, operating, and maintaining IoT systems internally.

Central to our approach is NesosIQ, our proprietary IoT platform. NesosIQ provides a secure and scalable environment for managing devices, visualising sensor data, and integrating insights into existing operational systems. Designed for multi-site and multi-tenant portfolios, it enables organisations to convert raw sensor data into actionable intelligence while retaining full control over alerts, workflows, and operational decisions.

Standards-Led, Future-Ready Technology

Nesos Group is a member of the LoRa Alliance, the international organisation responsible for the development and governance of the LoRaWAN® standard.

The LoRa Alliance promotes open, secure, and interoperable IoT standards, ensuring long-term compatibility across devices, networks, and platforms. Our membership reflects a commitment to:

  • Deploying globally recognised, standards-based technology

  • Ensuring interoperability across a broad IoT ecosystem

  • Delivering secure, future-proof infrastructure for our clients

By aligning with LoRaWAN best practices, we ensure that our networks, devices, and platforms are robust, scalable, and aligned with global IoT adoption.

NesosIQ – Our IoT Intelligence Platform

NesosIQ acts as the central intelligence layer for LoRaWAN-enabled buildings, estates, and infrastructure portfolios.

The platform securely ingests data from connected sensors deployed across single or multiple sites, providing a unified view of environmental conditions, asset performance, and risk indicators. Built for scalability and multi-tenant environments, NesosIQ supports long-term portfolio growth without architectural redesign.

Key capabilities include:

  • Centralised device and data management

  • Real-time and historical data visualisation

  • Secure access via dashboards, APIs, and data exports

  • Client-defined alerting, workflows, and reporting

  • Architecture designed for resilience and scale

NesosIQ complements existing operational systems rather than replacing them, ensuring organisations retain ownership of decision-making and response strategies.

LoRAD Pro – LoRaWAN Radon Monitor

LoRAD Pro is a LoRaWAN-enabled radon monitoring device developed by Nesos Group to support continuous radon risk monitoring across property portfolios.

Traditional radon testing methods are typically manual, short-term, and infrequent, offering limited insight into long-term exposure or changing conditions. LoRAD Pro enables continuous, data-driven monitoring, providing greater visibility, oversight, and confidence.

Key features include:

  • Continuous, long-term radon measurement

  • Remote data transmission over LoRaWAN

  • Portfolio-wide visibility across multiple buildings

  • Integration with NesosIQ dashboards and data services

  • Support for compliance, reporting, and risk management

By enabling continuous monitoring, LoRAD Pro supports proactive radon risk management without reliance on periodic testing alone.
